“ I wanted to thank Isaiah so much for such a great job he did when I visited. He was extremely friendly, cordial, professional, and patient with me as I navigated the menu. He had another guest in front of me and he was extremely polite and took his time to make the other guest feel special also. One thing I noticed is how politely Isaiah handed the receipt to guests. He held both hands out with the receipt and acknowledged his guests with a sincere thank you for visiting! That was such a special touch, and when he did it for me I felt really appreciated as a customer. I really hope that the upper management team are aware of how much of an asset Isaiah is to your establishment he is a professional who goes above and beyond what is expected, demonstrating a willingness to truly help others. “ Today we went back to a McDonalds we hadnt been to in a while. We went thru the drive thru today. We were met with a long line, however we went through relatively quickly. We ordered 2 caramel frappes and two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles. Received correct order, drive thru people were friendly and fun. Food was outstanding! When I bit into the mcgriddle, it was so warm and juicy. All the syrup was pleasant. My frappe was great too, wish they were cheaper but still very tasty. Thanks for the great experience. ”
